About the role

We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our growing team at AUXILIA INC' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time healthcare non-voice role, offering a competitive salary of up to 25,000 PHP per month and the opportunity for new graduates to start their careers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service and support to clients via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives
