About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Non-Voice Account Specialist to join the growing team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat and other non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat and other non-voice channels
  2. Handle a high volume of contacts while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Document all interactions and maintain detailed records
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service

What we're looking for

  1. 3 months customer facing experience
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Proactive and resourceful approach to customer service
  6. Proficient in using computers and various software applications
