We are seeking a passionate and driven Non-voice Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY'. This full-time role is based in Pasig City Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various non-voice communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Continuously learning and improving your product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Contributing to the development of customer service processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with using various digital communication channels and technology
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
