About the role

Join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a NON-VOICE / PASIG SITE. This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality non-voice customer service support across various communication channels
  2. Promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the enhancement of customer service operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Proficiency in using various communication platforms and customer service software
  5. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or non-voice customer service environment
