About the role

As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various non-voice communication channels, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document case resolutions
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  2. Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in English
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
