HR Senior Officer

Summary/Objective:
· The HR Senior Officer plays a key role in supporting and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs across the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance to employees and line managers, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Senior Officer works closely with the HR Head/Manager in driving initiatives related to recruitment, employee relations, performance, and engagement.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide training support to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
- Identify training and development opportunities
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
- Process employee requests for outside training while complying with polices and procedures
- Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
- Provide staff orientations
- Conducts In-House Training
- Access funding for training and write proposals
· Employee Relations
- Conduct Company events and employee engagement
- Promote workplace safety.
- Issuance of Memorandum
- Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
- Explain employment standards and legislation such as Company Handbook
- Attend Council meetings to provide information, when necessary.
- Conduct exit interview
- Performance Evaluation - probationary (3rd and 5th appraisal) and yearly appraisal

Qualifications and Skills:
● Required:
○ Bachelor's degree: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
○ 3 years of experience as HR Senior Officer
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
○ Can handle and discipline people
