About the role

Join our team as a Senior HR Manager in our Quezon City office. In this full-time role, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the HR function and driving the people agenda for the business. You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and partnering closely with the executive leadership to ensure the company's workforce is engaged, developed and aligned with the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to support the organisation's goals
  3. Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
  4. Partner with business leaders to understand their people challenges and collaborate on tailored solutions
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  7. Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably from a labor intensive workforce such as manufacturing and fast-paced environment
  2. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  3. Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  5. Proficient in HR best practices, employment law and HR technology
  6. Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
