About the role
As an HR Officer at iMart Grocers PH, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources function within our growing organisation. This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and will involve a variety of HR generalist duties to help us attract, develop and retain top talent.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
- Assisting with the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
- Providing HR advisory support to managers and employees on a range of topics including compensation, benefits, training and development
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and preparing HR-related reports
- Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment that aligns with iMart Grocers PH's values
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking and organisational abilities
