Job Description:

[STAFFHIREPH] is hiring a dedicated and people-oriented HR Supervisor to support our HR department. The ideal candidate should have experience handling employee relations and be familiar with recruitment processes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in the field of Human Resources while working in a fast-paced, manpower-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures
  • Help resolve workplace issues fairly and professionally
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and activities

Recruitment:

  • Post job ads and screen applicant resumes
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports

General HR Support:

  • Maintain and update 201 files and HR database
  • Prepare HR-related documents (contracts, memos, etc.)
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support other HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field
  • With at least 1 year of experience in HR (employee relations or recruitment)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
