HR Officer

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will support the human resources department in managing recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and general operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of Philippine labor regulations, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
A. Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate endorsement.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with management.
B. Onboarding
- Support onboarding discussions and orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
- Collaborate with departments to organize and streamline the onboarding schedule.
- Help maintain and regularly update the onboarding plan to reflect current processes and improvements.
C. Admin
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
D. General HR Support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
- Support organizational change and development projects as needed.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives.
E. General Operations
- Provide support in overseeing daily cross-departmental operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance overall productivity.
- Provide operational support teams and coordinate across departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
