DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

PEOPLE

1.1 Help and Support in Supervising and validating the full implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in the store.

1.2 Align with Training and Finance new standard procedures

1.3 Supervise and train staff; create work schedules and assign tasks and performance evaluations

1.4 Will monitor and analyze Customer Feedback Management

QUALITY AUDIT

1.5 Assist in Driving Support Units to improve systems, procedures and ensure proper implementations in all Sales initiatives

1.6 Monitors Store performance in the area of QSC and assist in the accomplishment of Operation's objective.

1.7 Develop professional relationship with suppliers/vendors by developing and enhancing their capabilities and services to be business partners

1.8 Monitors performance of each store to maintain Quality of Products at all times

1.9 Oversee inventory control processes, ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits and coordination with purchasing departments.

1.10 Manage receipts, storage and distribution of goods, coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules.4.1. Responsibility for TCFC OPC Resources: Laptop and other equipment and tools related to Operations (Store facilities. Chiller and Freezers, POS system and Other major equipment

4.2. Responsibility for Information: Has direct access to highly confidential information on sales and profitability, process, product information, Operations and Management Manuals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
