Responsibilities

  • Supervise our Accounting personnel for proper execution of Accounting operations
  • Help and lead the team to meet the accounting department's objectives
  • Ensure compliance of company's accounting and financial policies
  • Guarantee accurate and timely preparation of inventory and other reports
  • Formulate and analyze financial statements and metrics
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Accounting (or related field) graduates of leading universities preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years management experience in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2-5 years management experience in Accounting, including supervising teams of 3-8 staff members
  • Experience working in a Hotel or Restaurant setting is preferred
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and government taxes
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and Philippine government taxes including BIR compliance, VAT, and withholding tax procedures
  • Has effective leadership skills, staff motivation skills, and a team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

Location: Novel Hotel Manila - Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
