Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaning staff.
  • Conduct training for new employees and provide ongoing development for existing staff.
  • Create work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Address any staffing issues, including performance concerns or disputes.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that guests receive excellent service from the moment they enter until they leave.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor the dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and atmosphere.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of both the front and back of the house.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and food.
  • Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring that the restaurant is compliant with local laws.
