About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This full-time role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Oversee the work of hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain accurate records, inventory management, and reporting
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies for improving operations and increasing profitability

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
