Job Summary: The Head Strategy, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, brand equity, and market expansion. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and operational excellence to maximize revenue and customer acquisition across all channels. Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Lead integrated go-to-market planning for new product launches and service offerings. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDefine sales targets, KPIs, and territory management plans.

Drive revenue growth through channel optimization, sales process enhancement, and team performance. Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to align pricing, inventory, and customer experience strategies. Marketing Strategy & ExecutionOversee the development and execution of brand, digital, and content marketing strategies.

Lead demand generation initiatives including campaigns, events, and partnerships. Monitor marketing ROI and continuously optimize campaign performance across all platforms. Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild and mentor a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, coach team members, and support professional development. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies.

Present strategic plans, performance updates, and forecasts to executive leadership. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).20 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 15 years in a leadership role. With industry experience in Investment, Insurance, and Real Estate sectorsProven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven decision-making.
