About the Role

We are seeking a highly disciplined and strategically minded Head of Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations to support executive-level initiatives during a critical phase of our growth. This role will act as the bridge between the CEO, investors, board members, and internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution on strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is experienced with early-stage or venture-backed companies and thrives in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of capital, operations, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

  • Coordinate all communication with institutional and strategic investors.
  • Prepare investor updates, board presentations, and fundraising materials.
  • Support CEO and CSO in external meetings, follow-ups, and data room management.

Executive Reporting & Planning

  • Consolidate business performance reports across sales, operations, and finance.
  • Maintain CEO-level dashboards tracking use of funds, milestones, and KPIs.

Strategic Execution

  • Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate with finance, R&D, and operations to deliver investor-facing materials.
  • Track progress against board-level commitments including production scale-up, market expansion, and product rollout.

Leadership Support

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and founders for long-term planning.
  • Manage meeting rhythms, executive updates, and execution cycles across departments.
  • Prepare briefing documents and ensure disciplined internal follow-through.

Market & Competitive Monitoring

  • Maintain competitive intelligence on PFAS-free textiles, defense materials, and nanomembrane innovations.
  • Assist in positioning the company as a leader in technical and sustainable membrane technology.

Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years' experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, venture capital, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Proven track record in startups or venture-backed companies; familiarity with board reporting and investor communications.
  • Highly structured and execution-oriented; comfortable managing cross-functional processes.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity.
  • Bonus: Exposure to advanced materials or manufacturing sectors.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
