Job Description:
The Country Head of Sales will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability. You will lead and mentor the sales team, set sales targets, and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Set sales quotas and monitor progress
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives.
Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability and competitiveness while meeting customer expectations.
Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies.
Oversee pricing strategies and sales incentives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the sales team to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.
CRM monitoring and implementation
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
