Business Planning and Analysis Executive

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's overall business planning and analysis function. It involves working closely with function heads to evaluate the company's overall business performance, identify key drivers of profitability, and provide insights and recommendations to top management to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial planning and analysis. They will be able to provide financial guidance and drive sales performance aligned with the company's strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead periodic reviews, analyses, and reporting of business performance at corporate and plant levels.
  • Develop and implement a reliable forecasting process across all Business Units.
  • Manage the long-term Financial Plan to align with strategies and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Business, preferably Finance or Management Accounting, and at least 5–7 years of professional experience in Corporate Planning / Financial Planning and Analysis / Commercial Finance / Supply Chain Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

They will have a strong background in short-term and long-term financial planning, commercial finance and financial benchmarking. Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
