Inventory & Purchasing Assistant

● Proven data entry work experience, as an Accounting Staff, Purchasing Staff.
● Experience in 3 way matching process (goods receipt, invoice, PO)
● Preferably with experience handling Navision Dynamics System
● Knowledgeable in Inventory Control / Supply Management / PO Systems
● Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
● Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
● Basic understanding of databases
● Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
● Great attention to detail
● Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
● Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
● Graduate of any 4-year Business Course. Accountancy is a plus. Preferably with 2-4 years working experience
