The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process of goods and services needed for the restaurant group's operations. This role ensures that quality products are acquired at the best possible prices, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and supporting the needs of our multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain cost-efficient purchasing practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with operations and accounting teams.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
  • Prepare regular purchasing reports and cost analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • A team player with high integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
