Responsible for providing purchasing and logistics support to the organization by assisting in the purchase, supplier coordination, delivery and monitoring of inventory and equipment requirement. Ensure timely delivery of goods and accurate documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Purchasing Support

  • Consolidate requirement from different departments/detachments;
  • Place orders or supplies and equipment based on the inventory needs and company requirements;
  • Prepare Purchase Order based on the canvass provided by Procurement and seek approval of the manager;
  • Request payment from Finance Department for items to be purchased and coordinate this will the Procurement and supplier;
  • Coordinate delivery from suppliers and arrange dispatch of the items purchased to the requisitioning department or detachment;
  • Maintain updated record of purchases, supplier information, and price lists.

2. Inventory Issuance and Monitoring

  • Issue supplies and equipment to the detachments as per Stationary Issuance and Acknowledgement Receipt of Equipment;
  • Maintain updated record of inventory per detachment;
  • Perform quarterly physical count of supplies and equipment per detachment.

3. Logistics and Transportation Coordination

  • Inspect condition of equipment before and after turn-overs, and submits necessary report;
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring of preventive maintenance and repair activities of company vehicles;
  • Assist and monitor the timely registration of company vehicles.

4. Reporting, Documentation and Record-keeping

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting of all procurement and logistics activities;
  • Encode data for purchases, deliveries, and inventory in the system of log sheets;
  • Ensure timely filing of invoices, receipts, and related supporting documents.

5. Perform other related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in logistics, purchasing, or related function is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge or familiarity with inventory or purchasing system
  • Effective time management and ability to work within deadlines
  • Strong integrity and adherence to company policies
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to work in Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
