Admin / Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:
- Collection of checks payments, 2307 forms from clients
- Submission and delivery of import/urgent documents to third parties such as clients, suppliers.
- Perform step-by-step filling and follow ups for permits/registrations/ clearances/ insurances with various government agencies (ex. SEC, BIR, SSS ,others)
- Assist on preparation and review and ensure completeness of documentary requirements before filling/ submissions to various government agencies.
- Provide regular updates of work progress to immediate head.
- Maintain and organized filing system for physical and digital records.
- Assist in canvassing possible suppliers and prices of new items to be purchased.
- Handle all importation from creation of purchase order, processing of orders to shipment to the Philippines.
- Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in administrative, purchasing, or documentation work (preferred)
- Familiarity with SEC, BIR, SSS, and other government agencies
- Knowledge of importation and purchasing processes (preferred)
- Knowledge in the medical field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Resourceful and proactive
- Willingness to perform fieldwork
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
