About the role

Join Leslie Corporation as a full-time Assistant Manager - Property Acquisition and Compliance with office located in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible in identifying, analyzing, acquiring, and ensuring legal compliance for land and property assets in alignment with organizational strategy. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property regulations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, development, and planning teams. He / She will oversee the titling process, registration of legal documents, and ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance are met in all acquisition activities.

What you'll be doing

    1. Land and Property Acquisition
  • Evaluate potential land and property acquisition opportunities for strategic development.

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
  • Lead negotiations and document purchase agreements with landowners or agents.
  • Coordinate due diligence, including environmental, legal, and financial assessments.

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all acquired properties are fully compliant with local, regional, and national regulations.

  • Manage titling, registration, and annotation of liens or encumbrances.
  • Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.

  • Serve as a key liaison between the organization and external parties related to land and property matters.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights into decision-making

4.Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure acquisitions meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and present acquisition reports, legal summaries, and compliance checklists to the top management.
  • Maintain updated records and documentation related to all acquisitions and titles.

What we're looking for

  • A graduate of a 4-year Business course or any related field
  • Preferably, a Real Estate Agent/Broker license
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate compliance, or land management.
  • Deep understanding of property laws, title registration, land use policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
