What you're expected to do?

  • Source various high-quality Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability of critical items.
  • May be required to visit vendors and suppliers if needed
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and other relevant department

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Request, review, and analyze quotations and proposals.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams for timely replenishment.
  • Support in implementing cost-saving initiatives and optimizing purchasing strategies.
Supplier Management
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers and assist in identifying new ones.
  • Help negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
  • Track supplier performance (lead times, quality, compliance) and escalate issues when necessary.
Inventory & Documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and proper inventory management.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased items, price lists, and supplier information.

Who can have a seat at the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture
  • At least 5 years experience in construction procurement and logistics
  • With deep understanding and knows how to read blueprints and floorplans
  • Has an experience in food and beverage industry
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Open to work on-site in Makati.
