Job Description
- Prepares sales report for property generated income
- Prepares billing and invoices for tenants for their utilities and ensures collection has been made.
- Disseminates memorandums and announcement for the building regarding operational concerns and general information that needs to be circulated
- Provides schedules for manpower and ensures that all employees are maximized
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the building and/or property is maintained
- Timely scheduling of tasks, property concerns and issues with 3rd party
- Coordinate all necessary items for purchase and ensure the deployment
- Follow up and coordinate all unpaid bills for tenants
- Enroll all access cards and RFIDs of tenants and cars of the registered tenants
- File and encode all documents provided by the tenants and management
- Check and consolidate DTRs of 3rd party service providers
- Coordinate the billings of the 3rd party service providers and ensure payment is made
- Process permits and gate pass of the building and area
- Provides and creates daily, monthly and yearly reports for the property's finances and general operations
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Requirement:
- Must be a Bachelor degree holder in any Business course
- With at least 2 years of experience
- Must be fluent in English and Tagalog
- Must have Customer service experience or exposure
