Job Descriptions (HR & Admin Supervisor):
- Assist the manager to handle all HR and Admin function
- Propose and implement HR-Admin related strategy
- Manage on office administration, admin-related stuff and purchasing
- Perform and analyse on employee payroll by using excel,
- Government statutories
- Plan and implement the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and
- promotion and hiring analytics
- Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
- Identified KPIs for all departments
- Plan and implement training programs
- Manage performance management and employee evaluation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Manage on Employee database
- Adhere to laws and regulations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
- Three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (For Supervisor level and above required to have at least 3 years of management level)
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solver
- Good decision-making skills
- Strong ethical standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
