Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PMO in the day-to-day operations of the property. Perform a wide range of billing activities for the Property Management Office to facilitate its efficient operation.
- Prepare and issue on a timely basis, a complete and accurate billing statement/statement of account of unit owners.
- Assist in the preparation of the billing statement for the parking rentals, car pass, gym pass, and association dues.
- Strictly implement accounting policies and procedures of the condominium corporation pertinent to billing.
- Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records.
- Encoding receiving and releasing of the RF ID, work permits, and gate pass.
- Encoding, receiving and releasing the move-in and Move-out forms.
- Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints on time.
- Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time assigned by the Property Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
