Job Description
As a Reports Analyst, you will develop, monitor, and optimize reports and dashboards, provide actionable insights, and support operational planning. Your work ensures accuracy, efficiency, and smarter decisions across the business.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, AU time (7 AM - 4 PM), Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 55,000
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas / Makati (Hybrid set-up (PNB and JMT office), 6 months onsite)

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4+ years in BPO/call center analytics, WFM, or reporting roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vlookup)
- Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, Google Data Studio, or similar)
- SQL, Access, or database management experience preferred
- Familiarity with contact center and workforce metrics
- Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to varied stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Your Daily Tasks
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards on KPIs (Service Level, AHT, Occupancy, Adherence, Shrinkage, FCR, Forecast Accuracy)
- Monitor real-time volumes and staffing to meet service targets
- Analyze performance trends, root causes, and provide actionable insights
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Automate reporting workflows using Excel macros, Power BI, or similar tools
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and projects to support business initiatives
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making
