What You Bring to the Team

• 3-5 years of combined experience in administrative support and basic marketing functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems (ServiceMate knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, email platforms (Outlook), and basic design/social media tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment

Your Daily Impact

Administrative Support

• Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, email handling, and data entry
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
• Maintain and update the CRM system (ServiceMate; any CRM experience acceptable)
• Assist with inventory entry and monitoring via CRM
• Organize reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
• Provide direct support to Shaun for admin and coordination tasks
• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping across systems and communications

Marketing Support

• Support brand awareness initiatives across digital platforms
• Manage and schedule social media content (TikTok, LinkedIn, others as needed)
• Assist with basic content creation and copywriting for social posts
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and inquiries, and coordinate with Shaun on marketing directions
• Conduct basic research for SEO improvements (SEO experience is a plus)
• Utilize tools such as Outlook, Canva, and other basic marketing applications
