What You Bring to the Team
- 3-5 years of combined experience in administrative support and basic marketing functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (ServiceMate knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, email platforms (Outlook), and basic design/social media tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment

Your Daily Impact
Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, email handling, and data entry
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
- Maintain and update the CRM system (ServiceMate; any CRM experience acceptable)
- Assist with inventory entry and monitoring via CRM
- Organize reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Provide direct support to Shaun for admin and coordination tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping across systems and communications
Marketing Support
- Support brand awareness initiatives across digital platforms
- Manage and schedule social media content (TikTok, LinkedIn, others as needed)
- Assist with basic content creation and copywriting for social posts
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and inquiries, and coordinate with Shaun on marketing directions
- Conduct basic research for SEO improvements (SEO experience is a plus)
- Utilize tools such as Outlook, Canva, and other basic marketing applications
