Job Description:

As an SEO Specialist, you'll plan, execute, and optimize strategies that enhance online visibility, increase organic traffic, and strengthen global rankings. This role combines analytical thinking, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to achieve measurable results in digital performance.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Proven ability to implement and manage SEO strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts such as crawlability, site architecture, indexation, and schema markup.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for diagnosing and implementing SEO fixes.
• Familiarity with SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
• Experience using WordPress and Yoast SEO for on-page optimization and content management.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex SEO issues.
• Skilled in data analysis and interpreting metrics from tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Excellent ability to translate technical SEO concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for SEO content creation, keyword clustering, and performance analysis.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO analysis, identifying and resolving issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and performance.
• Implement on-page SEO and internal linking aligned with best practices and business goals.
• Execute SEO A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive meaningful traffic and ranking improvements.
• Collaborate with web development and content teams to ensure SEO recommendations are properly implemented.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and other third-party platforms.
• Contribute to content strategy discussions with data-backed insights to inform prioritization and performance gains.
• Create copy by leveraging AI tools, such as Jasper.AI and ChatGPT.
• Contribute to discussions on SEO strategy and optimization.
