Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you'll support the Finance Department with daily accounting tasks, data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation. You'll handle transactions, maintain records, and ensure accurate reporting - keeping financial operations smooth and efficient for a fast-paced global hospitality brand.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required with experience)
• 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience, preferably in US/American and/or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) markets
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and support a team

Preferred Qualities

• Prior bookkeeping experience in hospitality or property management
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks

• Reconcile bank statements
• Record financial transactions
