Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Senior Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst, contributing to critical supply chain initiatives that support global health, wellness, and medical product distribution. In this role, you'll leverage your background in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics to provide actionable insights that strengthen supplier performance, cost efficiency, and operational accuracy. You'll assist in financial tracking, capacity assessments, contract coordination, and data reporting-ensuring sourcing decisions are backed by reliable, timely, and well-structured analysis.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of sourcing processes, cost modeling, and supplier management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and meeting deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Calculating supply chain costs, including freight, duties, overhead, and labor
• Maintaining and updating the Global Sourcing Project and Financial Tracker, including weekly reporting
• Conducting capacity analyses for contract manufacturing operations and presenting findings to leadership
• Organizing and tracking supplier contracts and ensuring accurate documentation and version control
• Managing system updates related to tariff codes and the duty impact of sourced products
• Performing global spend analysis for direct material expenses and providing data-driven insights
• Tracking and managing tooling and assets at contract manufacturing sites
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and leadership meetings
• Handling written and verbal correspondence with external providers and internal teams to maintain alignment
• Preparing reports, conducting analyses, and providing project management support as needed
