What You'll Build in This Role
Be part of our client's team as an Estimator, where you'll harness your construction expertise to analyse plans, prepare cost estimates, coordinate with stakeholders, and support project tendering from end to end. You'll ensure accuracy, strengthen bid competitiveness, and help steer awarded projects toward the right team-contributing to seamless delivery and long-term success.

What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with construction software and estimating tools (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Deliver Daily
- Analyze and quantify architectural and structural plans to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, printing plans, and maintaining project records
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to gather bid data
- Report on tendered projects and provide updates to company directors
- Follow up with clients to determine which contractor secured the project
- Collect client feedback on how submitted quotes compare to competitors
- Coordinate with the estimating team to identify the project team once the project is awarded
