HR Specialist

The successful candidate will manage and oversee employee and labor relations ensuring compliance with local labor laws. He or she will handle the whole employee discipline process of the organization and oversee the implementation of the Company Code of Conduct. He or she will also manage the Compensation and Benefits requirements of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the TWIN Notice process (Due Process).
- Manage and address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in accordance with the provisions of the company handbook.
- Address workplace issues in a timely manner by conducting objective and impartial investigation.
- Conduct admin investigation meetings whenever necessary.
- Assist in drafting policies that will be released from time to time.
- Closely monitor the implementation of the provisions of the company handbook in coordination with the Business Unit Managers/ Leaders.
- Manage, implement, and monitor the progressive corrective action process of the organization.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on all employee relations activities
- Represent the company in SENA, NLRC, and DOLE conferences.
- Manage and handle the organization's compensation and benefits requirements.
- Address and manage employee concerns relative to compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements
- With relevant experience in employee and labor relations and compensation and benefits
- Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
