HR Specialist

The HR Specialist will be responsible in performing the core HR fuctions such as Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance, HR Administration and Employee Development and Engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR issues, address grievances, provide guidance on performance, and support disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Apply and update company policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and interpret policies for employees.
- Maintain employee records, create and distribute internal communications, and use HR systems for data management.
- Support employee development initiatives and implement employee engagement plans and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Must be well-versed on Philippine Labor Laws and good familiarity on company policies and processes
- Must have strong experience in Labor Relations, specifically enforcing policies and handling disciplinary actions.
- Experience in IT Staffing/ Staff Augmentation is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; strong organizational abilities; and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be amenable to report to the office in Makati City
