JOB OBJECTIVE

The HR Specialist will be involve in a broad range of HR functions, mainly benefits administration and organizational development. He / She will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and assists in ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in different HR functions, with at least 2 years of experience
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships and inspire employee growth
  • Willing to do field work if needed
  • Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:30PM at Bagumbayan, Quezon City near Eastwood City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
