Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist (with CompenBen Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits administration. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring that compensation and benefits strategies align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will attract top talent, ensure competitive compensation structures, and enhance employee satisfaction through effective benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, pay structures, and benefits programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
