Job Summary:

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing the overall HR functions of the company, particularly in recruitment, employee relations and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that all HR policies, procedures, and manpower services align with company goals and client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Deployment

  • Coordinate with clients and account managers on manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job orders.
  • Conduct initial interviews and facilitate client interviews if necessary.
  • Prepare employment documents and ensure timely deployment of personnel.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and deployed employees.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in coordination with Legal Senior Officer.
  • Conduct site visits and maintain good relationships with both employees and clients.
  • Implement HR programs and engagement activities to promote employee morale and retention.

3. HR Administration

  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, employment contracts, and Personnel Action Memos (PAM).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and client HR documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll for employee movements, deductions, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manpower or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR-related systems.
  • Willing to travel or conduct site visits when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
