About the Role

Landers Superstore is looking for a highly driven and strategic
Employee Engagement Manager
to lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen workplace culture, and promote organizational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement programs that align with Landers' values of teamwork, service, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Design programs and activities that foster employee connection, motivation, and retention.
  • Lead the administration and analysis of engagement surveys, translating results into actionable plans for improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure engagement initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Champion wellness, learning, and inclusion programs that strengthen Landers' culture and core values.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare regular reports and insights for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute company-wide engagement programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a people-centered approach.
