Role Description
(1) Employee Relations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Employee Relations Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as administering HR policies, managing employee engagement programs, addressing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong skills in employee relations and labor law
  • Extensive experience in HR policies and performance management
  • Proficient knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to work on-site in
    ASEANA, Parañaque.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible

(2) Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in
ASEANA, Parañaque
. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, implementing hiring strategies, and strengthening employer branding. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing recruitment plans to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong skills in full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
  • Ability to work on-site in
    ASEANA, Parañaque
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible

(3) Human Resources Business Partner

This is a full-time, on-site role located in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling performance management. Day-to-day tasks include implementing HR strategies, conducting performance reviews, resolving employee issues, and collaborating with management to address organizational needs.
