HR Assistant Manager

We are looking for an HR Assistant Manager who will play a key role in developing and implementing the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can build a performance management system from the ground up and ensure that all facets of HR, from recruitment to employee engagement, are effectively aligned with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management Development
- Design, implement, and manage a structured Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, KPI creation, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with department heads to align individual performance goals with company objectives.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews, calibration sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Introduce performance analytics and reports for management evaluation and decision-making.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates across divisions.
- Develop job descriptions, job postings, and selection criteria.
- Partner with management in defining manpower requirements and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline.
3. Learning and Development
- Identify training needs through performance data and employee feedback.
- Develop and monitor annual training plans and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
4. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Maintain a positive and productive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
- Strengthen employee communication channels and feedback mechanisms.
5. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance
- Supervise timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government-mandated benefit administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
6. HR Operations and Policy Implementation
- Review, improve, and enforce company policies, handbooks, and procedures.
- Ensure efficient HR documentation, reporting, and records management.
- Lead HR-related audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong background in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Policy Development.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions — Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and hands-on in implementing HR initiatives from scratch.
- Preferably with experience in property management, or real estate industry (an advantage but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
