Employee Relations Specialist

Employee Disciplinary Action: work closely with management (Corp. HR Manager and Department Heads) to administer disciplinary action when necessary, ensuring consistency, fairness and compliance with the company policies and legal requirements. Provide guidance on appropriate disciplinary measures and documentation.
Employee Termination/Resignation Management: If employee is for termination, prepare Notice of Termination, follow by other offboarding docs.
· Employee Orientation: Conduct orientation for newly hired and employees and refreshers training to all employees when necessary.
· Employee Counseling and Support: provide guidance and support to employees on a variety of workplace issues, including performance concerns, interpersonal conflicts, harassment and discrimination. Offer mediation and conflict resolution services to help resolve disputes between employees or between employees and managers.
· Employee Grievances Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing employee grievances and concern. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, allegations or conflicts and work towards resolution in a fair and timely manner.
· Events Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
· Monitor employee regularization, birthday celebrations, and anniversaries for announcements and greetings as part of employee morale uplifting.
· Program Planning: Collaborate with HR Team and management to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing morale, motivation and retention. Organize various activities including but not limited to team building activities, recognition programs and employee appreciation events.Hide
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in BS or AB Psychology, BS in Human Resource Management, BS or AB Legal Management, or anything analogous to the foregoing.
- Minimum 1-year experience in human resources or employee relations
- With strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Must be familiarize with Labor Code
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
