A Communications and Engagement Associate plays a crucial role in organizations by managing communication strategies, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. He or she is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and engage stakeholders.

Communication Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across various communication channels.

Stakeholder engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and ensure accurate representation in communication materials

Event coordination

  • Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to promote organizational goals and engage stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communication for events.

Crisis and internal communications

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and manage communication during challenging situations.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
  • Implement communication tools to enhance internal collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but open to considering fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong passion for the field.
  • Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at our Head Office in Paranaque.
