Job Summary:

A Project Manager focuses on platform delivery of each project. He/she is in charge of the day-to-day operations by defining project requirements, identifying project milestones, phases, elements and budget. Additionally, he/she monitors and publishes project progress reports, tracks activity, resolves problems, and recommends actions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembles and manages project management team, in coordination with the Research and Development Department;
  • Manages project team's engagement and productivity;
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats;
  • Constructs workflow charts and diagrams by writing specifications and studying system capabilities;
  • Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications;
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures;
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements and budget;
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions;
  • Validates resource requirements and develop cost estimate models;
  • Performs daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
  • Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends;
  • Prepares and submits documents such as but not limited to: Weekly, Monthly, Annual, Other report that may be required;
  • Ensures strong relationship with clients; and
  • Supports and participate in Human Resources activities, such as but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Offboarding

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar field
  • With at least 3- 5 years experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of the project management cycle and the software development life cycle
  • Must be willing to travel in and out of Metro Manila
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have experience in Managing infra Upgrades
  • PMP Certification (Not Required but a Plus)
