The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth implementation of HR programs and compliance with company policies. While managing a broad range of HR activities such as employee relations, recruitment support, and compliance, the role's primary focus is on payroll administration.

This includes ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, government remittances, and employee compensation adjustments. The HR Supervisor also collaborates with management to improve HR processes, supports audits and reporting, and provides guidance to the HR team in maintaining efficient and employee-centered HR operations.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of manual payroll for all employees.
  • Handle computations for salaries, benefits, incentives, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and employment.
  • Review and validate timekeeping records, attendance reports, and leave applications prior to payroll processing.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and remittances to government agencies and company management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for employee onboarding, offboarding, and clearance processing.
  • Participate in HR audits and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to HR staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in General HR
  • Knowledge of labor laws and government statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Leadership ability and experience managing a small HR team is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
