DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:Admin and Accounting Manager
Rebel Bakehouse is looking for an Admin and HR Assistant for Maginhawa Commissary with the following responsibilities:
Administrative, Accounting, & Inventory Management
- Record and reconcile daily inventory transactions and monthly stock reports; conduct and reconcile physical counts; coordinate with custodians and procurement to maintain accurate stock levels; handle stock requisitions as needed; assist in procurement activities (POs, supplier communication, purchase requests); and oversee stock transfers between the Flagship Store and the Manila Commissary.
- Handle commissary expenses and petty cash; ensure complete documentation; follow up on supplier invoices; and record monthly accruals for utilities, rent, allowances, and other payables.
- Assist in preparing tax working papers (VAT, income tax, etc.), and Record monthly Input VAT (PCF and suppliers).
- Assist in collecting daily cash sales from the cashier, verifying accuracy, and reconciling them with daily sales records, in case the Manager is unavailable.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Ledger, including depreciation, repairs/maintenance, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and in updating books, schedules, and PPE records
- Handle documentation and filing of accounting and administrative records.
- Provide support in scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and managing office supplies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment (job posting, interview scheduling, initial screenings).
- Maintain employee 201 files and HR databases.
- Support implementation of company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor attendance, tardiness, and absences, coordinating with supervisors for adjustments.
- Help organize employee engagement, training, and company activities.
- Serve as liaison with the Baguio branch admin office for HR documents, requirements, and inter-branch coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, and company regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
