HR and ADMIN ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract, job offer, and training agreement as well as its issuance.

  2. Updating internal database when there are new hires / resigned employees.

  3. Prepare and submit required documents to DOLE.

  4. Assists / coordinate in administering admin conferences.

  5. Issues notices / memorandum subject to HR Manager's instruction.

  6. Performs variety of administrative and employment related works

  7. Processing of payment of utilities.

  8. Monitoring of office and cleaning supplies.

  9. Other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  2. Good communication skills verbal and written.

  3. Experience in HR / Employee Relations is a plus.

  4. Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with employees.

  5. Strong attention to details and an ability to maintain confidentiality.

  6. With at least 2 years' experience in human resource.

  7. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
