- Knowledgeable in core HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, labor relations, and payroll management
- Highly organized, pro active and has positive attitude
- Ability to communicate well to all levels in the organization
- Ability to handle issues/concerns with confidentiality
- Preferably with background in the food industry
- Willing to report onsite
- Can start ASAP
