Job Summary

The HR & Admin Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This position requires a professional who is adaptable, flexible, and has strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The successful candidate will ensure effective HR processes, promote positive employee relations, and support management in fostering a healthy, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

* Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

* Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.

* Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration within the organization.

* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and policies.

* Supervise administrative activities such as office management, supplies, permits, and other general services.

* Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR and administrative records.

* Act as a role model in demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and strong character in all dealings with employees.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

* At least 5 years of solid experience in HR and Administration, with proven ability to handle multiple facets of HR.

* Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Good leadership skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of the organization.

* High level of integrity, professionalism, and good moral character.
