Corporate Sales and Key Account Officer

Job Title:
Corporate Sales and Key Accounts Officer is responsible for managing and developing corporate accounts and partnerships for Surge Fitness + Lifestyle. Their primary objective is to build relationships with businesses, organizations, and corporations to promote and sell memberships or wellness programs to their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential corporate clients and organizations that may benefit from gym memberships or wellness programs.
Sales and Partnership Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire corporate clients.
- Pitch membership packages and wellness programs to corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, pricing, and terms.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of gym programs and suggest improvements.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the club's marketing and operations teams to deliver on promises to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized wellness programs for corporate partners.
Reporting:
Maintain records of all member interactions, usage, communications, and agreements.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account status.
